We are committed to creating excellent software and services to bring more help and better interactive experience to users.

aMessage studio provides users with "free" and paid services. To pay for the "free" service, personalized ads are placed in front of you. Your information is used to personalize advertising.

There are several ways you can take control of your privacy using the aMessage Studio service. For example, you can choose to register or temporarily access individual applications, or even delete your account information. You can also choose to turn on or off certain permissions to agree/disagree to access your data, but this may affect your use of certain features. In all of our services, you can control what information we collect and how we use your information by adjusting your privacy settings.

IV. Information Access, Collection or Sharing

Directly from you or your agent, such as through your submissions to the Services.

Directly or indirectly from activities through the Services, such as through your interactions with the Services.

From third parties with whom we partner to provide services.

We may access your personal information when you voluntarily choose to use our services, applications or provide us with your personal information.

1) SMS and MMS: Function usage. When you use SMS and MMS services, the app will temporarily access your system SMS content for SMS sending and receiving. Billing for message content depends on the carrier you use. Messages does not collect and store the content of your text messages. Set Messages as your default SMS app to experience more Messages features.

2) User location information: function usage. To provide real-time location sharing services, you can send location information to contacts in an SMS message, and the app will use your location information. You can change the authorization authorization in the system setting function of the device or in the actual usage scenario of the APP.

3) User behavior collected through app interactions. In order to provide an adaptive home screen experience and improve our products, we or third-party service providers we use to provide services on our behalf may collect data about your interactions through some of our services, such as: The applications that are open or used on your device (i.e. application IDs) and application types.

4) Device information. When you use the Services, we or third-party service providers we use to provide services on our behalf collect device-specific information (IP address, advertiser ID, device ID, browser type and settings, device type and settings, and operating system (like Android)) and your app's crash log data, such as the number of app crashes, stack traces, or other information directly related to the crash. Used to improve user experience and product performance.

5) Installed applications: When you use the SMS Launcher application, you need to set it as the default desktop application to use the personalized custom desktop function, and this function needs to access the installed applications on your device. This information will only be temporarily processed locally and will not be uploaded to the server.We may upload information about the user's installed applications for advertising.

6)Storage access and usage: When you use multimedia messaging to send and receive images and videos, or modify your screen images using Launcher's custom desktop features, the application will access the stored Image and Video information. The relevant information will only be accessed during the use of relevant functions and will not be uploaded to any of our servers, nor will it be collected and shared with any third party.

7)User location information: use of functions. In order to provide real-time weather services, the app uses your location information. You can change the permission authorization in the system settings function of the device or in the actual usage scenario of the APP.

8) Access the contact list: When you use the application and the default SMS application is not set, it will dynamically apply for this permission to obtain the user's address book, which can be used to send text messages and make calls. Users can turn off this permission at any time in settings. Contact information is only used for display within the APP and will not be uploaded to our server or shared with any third party.

9) Image and Video: When you use SMS Launcher to send MMS messages or videos, you need to access your Image and media content. Users can turn off this permission at any time in settings. Relevant information will only be accessed when using relevant functions and will not be uploaded to our servers or shared with any third party.

We may disclose your personal information in accordance with your wishes or as required by law in the following circumstances:

1) Your prior permission;

2) In accordance with applicable laws, legal procedures, and litigation claims within and outside your country of residence;

3) At the request of public and government agencies;

4) To protect our legitimate rights and interests.

We will also access the following information to provide you with an enhanced user experience and better service and to improve our products. The relevant permissions will be dynamically obtained when you use the product services and functions. How we use and share the information we collect

We do not control publishers' use of such technologies. We may place cookies on your computer or device from publishers or advertisers with whom we contract.
