By installing or using the Software in any manner, including, but not limited to, viewing or posting Content to the Services or clicking on the links provided by the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
If you do not agree with (do not accept) this Agreement, or you do not agree at least with one of the provisions of this Agreement, you are not authorized to, and you may not access, download, install or use the App and you must promptly discontinue downloading, installing the App and remove (delete) the App from any mobile device in your possession or under your control.
Please read carefully the statements, warranties, conditions, contracts and agreements set forth in this End User License Agreement (the "Agreement") as they contain the legal terms governing your use of aMessage studio ("Company" "Messages", "our", "we" or "us" telecommunications services are referred to as "services" and applications (as defined below). aMessage studio reserves the right to change the terms of this Agreement at any time by publishing the revised Agreement on the aMessage studio website. We will keep you informed about any changes by updating this Agreement and you waive right to receive specific notice of each such change. It is your responsibility to periodically review this Agreement to stay informed of updates. You will be subject to, and will be deemed to be aware of and to have accepted, the changes in any revised Agreement by your continued use of the App after the date such revised Agreement is posted.
During the registration and setup of your account, you will need to provide us with certain information about yourself, including but not limited to your email address, as well as the device you use, your phone number. As part of your account registration process, you will choose a password ("Password") for your authorized access and use of the service. Your password is unique to you. Without them, no one can log in to your account. You must choose your password carefully so that no one else can easily guess it. You agree to keep your password confidential and ensure that it will never be accidentally or otherwise disclosed to anyone else. You are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
Features and services provided by the app:
- Send and receive text messages (SMS, MMS) share pictures, GIFs, emojis, video and audio messages. -Message auxiliary functions: backup and restore, SMS interception, private mailbox, scheduled sending, read receipts and other functions.
- We may access some sensitive permissions with your consent in order to provide you with SMS-send/receive services.
- We may use automated systems to analyze your information in order to provide you with personalized services and personalized advertising.
We are always developing new technologies and features in an effort to improve our services. In order to achieve continuous improvement, we sometimes add or remove certain features, increase or decrease the limitations of services, introduce new services, or stop providing old services.
We will provide you with reasonable advance notice if we make material changes that negatively impact your experience with the Service, or if we will cease to provide the Service, except in emergencies (e.g. to combat abuse, respond to legal requirements, or to address security and operational concerns).

We do not claim any intellectual property rights in your content. You have the right to own or own your content between Messages and you. By submitting, transmitting, providing or distributing your content through the Service, you grant us global, royalty-free, permanent, irrevocable and non-exclusive rights and licenses for use, sublicense, reproduction, modification, adaptation, publication, translation.

2.Use the Software in any unlawful manner, for any unlawful purpose, or in any manner inconsistent with these Terms;

4.Modify, translate or create derivative works based on the Service or Application;

6.Use the Services or Applications for time-sharing or service bureau purposes or otherwise for the benefit of third parties;

Company Entities make no warranty and disclaim all responsibility and liability for:
(1) aMessage studio further does not represent or warrant that the Service or Application is always available, accessible, uninterrupted, timely, secure, accurate, complete and error-free or will operate without packet loss, nor will it guarantee any connection or transmission from Internet, or any quality communication conducted through the service.
(2) any harm to your computer system, loss of data, or other harm that results from your access to or use of the Services, or any Content;
(3) aMessage studio makes no warranties, representations, conditions or representations of the Services, including but not limited to APP, whether Express or implied, including but not limited to quality, performance, non-infringement warranties or conditions, for merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
(4) the deletion of, or the failure to store or to transmit, any Content and other communications maintained by the Services;
(5) whether the Services will meet your requirements or be available on an uninterrupted, secure, or error-free basis. No advice or information, whether oral or written, obtained from Company Entities or through the Services, will create any warranty not expressly made herein.
We may, without prior notice, change the Service; stop providing the Service or uses of the Service, to you or to Users generally; or create usage limits for the Service. We may permanently or temporarily terminate or suspend your access to the Service without notice and liability for any reason, including if in our sole determination you violate any provision of this Agree, or for no reason. Upon termination for any reason or no reason, you continue to be bound by this Agreement. You are responsible for all the mobile data usage resulting from the use of Service. Consult your mobile operator concerning your plan, data rate charges and limits. You are solely responsible for your interactions with other Users. We reserve the right, but have no obligation, to monitor disputes between you and other Users. Company shall have no liability for your interactions with other Users, or for any User’s action or inaction.
If you elect to use functions of the Service that have charges or subscriptions (“Subscription Features”) you agree to the pricing and payment terms and that we may update them from time to time. any may add new features for additional fees and charges, or amend fees and charges for existing services, at any time in its sole discretion. .
When you download the App, you’ll have access its major functions for the free trial period. After the free trial period expires, we will offer you to purchase an auto-renewing subscription on a regular basis.
Subscription with a free trial period will automatically renew to a paid subscription. Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when the user purchases a subscription, where applicable. The App may link you to other sites on the Internet and contracted third parties to provide you certain services. We have no control over and accept no responsibility for the content of any website or mobile application to which a link from the App exists (unless we are the provider of those linked websites or mobile applications). Such linked websites and mobile applications are provided “as is” for your convenience only with no warranty, express or implied, for the information provided within them.
You acknowledge that you must comply with applicable third party terms of agreement when using the App. You are solely responsible for and bear all risks arising from your use of any third-party websites or resources.
If you have any questions, concerns or complaints about such third party websites or mobile applications (including, but not limited to, queries, concerns or complaints relating to products, orders for products, faulty products and refunds) you must direct them to the operator of that third party website or mobile application.
Term. The term of this Agreement ("Term") will begin and you may begin to use the App and Services once you agree to this Agreement. This Agreement will remain in effect.
We recommend that you carefully check the updated content every time; when you continue to use our products or services, we shall always assume that you agree to the terms and conditions that are effective at the most present time.
